4. Contact form

When you contact us through the form, we process the information you enter in order to answer you. We may pass your enquiry internally to the relevant sales or technical colleagues. If your enquiry leads to a business relationship, we continue to process the data as part of that relationship.

Please do not include sensitive personal data in your message.

5. Analytics

Google Analytics 4. We use Google Analytics 4, a service from Google Ireland Limited, to understand how the website is used and to improve it. We use Google Consent Mode, so the measurement follows your choice in our cookie banner.

Before you have accepted statistics cookies: Analytics sets no cookies and does not recognise you from one visit to the next. The website does, however, send a single, basic measurement of the page view itself. It includes, among other things, the page address and browser and device information, and is sent to Google via a tag server on our own domain. Your IP address and browser information may technically be involved in this. We use the measurement to see whether the website works and how many people visit it. You can object to it (see section 9).

If you accept statistics cookies: Analytics uses cookies and pseudonymous identifiers to recognise that the same browser returns and to give a more detailed picture of how pages are used. This happens only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Google may transfer data to countries outside the EU/EEA, including the United States. Where this happens, an appropriate transfer mechanism is used, such as the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

Statistics on our own server. We also use a statistics service on our own server to see which pages are visited. It sets no cookies and does not send data to third parties. Visitors are identified only by a pseudonymous identifier that changes daily.

6. Company identification: Leadfeeder / Dealfront

With your consent we use Leadfeeder (part of Dealfront) to understand which companies visit our website. The service uses your IP address and the pages you visit to match visits to company information, so that we can follow up on business interest. We use this for B2B sales purposes only. The service is only activated if you accept marketing cookies.

You can withdraw consent at any time (see section 9).

7. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies. Necessary cookies are always active. Statistics and marketing cookies are only used if you consent. The basic, cookie-free measurement described in section 5 sets no cookies. We use iubenda, a service from iubenda S.r.l., to collect and store your choice. The contact form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA. reCAPTCHA is loaded on the pages of the website and may set cookies from Google, including before you have made a cookie choice. Its purpose is to protect the contact form against spam and abuse. A full list of cookies and trackers is in our cookie policy, linked below.

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer of the website.

  • Public authorities where we are legally required to disclose data.

We do not sell personal data.

9. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

  • restrict processing
  • object to processing based on legitimate interest, including the basic measurement described in section 5
